  • Prior to the move, we clearly informed the dispatcher that we had heavy items, specifically a refrigerator, and that our residence involved multiple flights of stairs. Despite this, only two young movers were sent, and they were clearly unprepared for the scope of the job. As a result, we had to assist in carrying the majority of our items which defeats the purpose of hiring a professional moving service. Additionally, during the move our refrigerator and other large items were scratched and dented. Several walls were hit and damaged, requiring us to patch and repaint them after the move. On the positive side, the young movers were both respectful and was on time.

    Hi sorry for the inconvenience. You did order the 2 person crew for 3 hours labor only, load and unload. As far as the damages please send pics for review to discuss possible reimbursement. If protection was provided by you and we failed to use it, it helps your case. Labor only does not include equipment we use what you provide as stated in the contract.
