  • During the unload, movers weren’t as careful and we noticed more bumping into door frames. We also noticed that some furniture wasn’t covered as well as we thought in the truck so there were some scratches on our furniture. Overall we were very grateful for their hard work in moving our heavy furniture and willingness to help us with moving a large freezer from the basement to the garage.

  • Movers were scheduled to arrive at one. After 15 minutes they still weren’t at the house and I hadn’t received any communication. So I decide to call. They answered and let me know that they would arrive around one forty which they did. Once at the house they were friendly and helpful with the move. They seemed to pack the truck fairly well.
