  • The communication was awful. I called them a little over a week checking in since I hadn’t heard from them and left a voicemail with all of my information. I had to call multiple times after that to get ahold of them and was close to canceling. Then, day of the communication wasn’t that great either. Although, I appreciate them being flexible on timing. Then, because they didn’t get any information from me and had to ask for the address multiple times (didn’t realize what kind of move it was), they complained that I was in an apartment complex. They complained about pretty much everything and at one point started loudly singing a complaint while walking through my complex. They also were very rough on my furniture, boxes, and stuff. As one example, there was a box that said fragile on it and the guy just dropped it with no sense of care. One of the movers was really nice and I honestly feel bad for him!

  • I hired Denco to unload my truck and help sort boxes by room. These guys were flexible and efficient when I had to reschedule same-day because I kept encountering delays. They had my truck unloaded faster than I expected and still handled my things with care. Hiring them was so worth it for the speed at which the process moved along.
