  • Brandon brought two young weak looking kids to fill the role of the second mover. To begin, the two kids were asked by Brandon to move my mattress to our apartment. They were unable to and ended up dropping my temperpedic (five thousand dollar) mattress on the floor of their way up to my apartment. I was extremely upset and informed Brandon about it. He replied that memory foam mattresses are a pain to deal with but that I can wash the mattress cover. From the beginning, Brandon was trying to obtain the payer code from instead of just working the two hours payed. I ended up helping them as I noticed how unmotivated they looked and acted. These kids should not be doing this job as they are neither physically fit or mature enough to handle the responsibility. At the end of the move, I clearly heard Brandon call me a tight-### as he walked to his car because I did not tip him. I would not recommend this service to anyone who desires professionalism from their movers.
