  • The men were very tired from another job when they arrived. The leader acted like he was not happy to be there. They complained about almost every piece of furniture we asked them to move. But they did what we needed them to do and only one piece of furniture got dropped. We tipped on site.

    Anne, we were only tired after we drove the 2.5 hours to your house and after moving your 200 lb desk down an extremely narrow switchback staircase. We were also at 9,000 ft elevation. We stayed an extra 3 hours past what you booked and did everything you asked. Then you write us a negative review after you acted so grateful and appreciative. I apologize that we couldn't hide the fact we were tired.
