Very fast and helped me out in a bind. Had reserved a 20ft truck a month earlier, but Uhaul only had a 15ft truck available. Figured it would take 2 trips, but they managed to fit most of it in a 15ft truck playing tetris they said. Not only that, they finished job in 4 hours vs the 5hrs I paid, but I was more than happy to pay that plus 30 percent tip. They are football players, very strong.
I enjoyed the services but did not enjoy being asked for a tip and my phone number after the job was over. I don't have paypal setup and wasn't sure how much I had in my account for zelle. I needed to keep moving stuff, but your movers seemed to expect that I sort out a tip right away. I would've tipped when I had time but hate when asked therefore, I'm not giving them anything. I also saw one of them going through one of my white duffle bags when he didn't think I was looking and they were asking me what's in the cases which really was none of their business. I think they assumed I had guns in my bags or cases but that was not the case. Overall, your team is sketch af. Plus, I found a puddle of blood on my kitchen floor that I can only assume was from one of them. The movers I used in Florida didn't do any of this nonsense. I would pay more not to use your company in the future due to these issues.
