They didn’t load several key pieces like my bed and frame. Now I don’t have room for them!!!! I have to leave them behind.

We're sorry you're feeling frustrated. However, we want to clarify that a bed or bed frame was never listed, discussed, or pointed out to our crew at the pickup. Our team loaded everything that was presented to us and filled your 15 foot truck completely, stacking items safely all the way to the top until there was no remaining space. If additional items were discovered afterward, unfortunately we wouldn't have been able to accommodate them once the truck was fully packed. We always rely on customers to clearly identify all items to be moved before and during loading so we can plan space accordingly. We understand this is disappointing, but the crew did load all items that were communicated and made available at the time of service.
