The movers themselves were great.The person communicating and coordinating the move would not answer the phone. It took a few days to schedule. We were told 10-12 for the delivery time. Nobody showed. After following up we got a text that they would be there at 2. They finally showed at 4. The person at U-haul that I talked to several times to try to find out status was as helpful as she could be

They know their job very well. I booked the service for 3hrs but they completed within two. Everything was handled the way it should be. The even bothered to put the stuff related to each room separately. Very happy with their service.
