• Only one person showed up at the scheduled time. The second person was supposed to arrive 10 minutes later but never showed up. We called to reschedule, however, nobody showed up until 2 hours after the rescheduled time without any notification or active communication. We are under tight moving schedule, so this experience was highly stressful. On the plus side, when the 2 workers finally showed up, they were fast, efficient, friendly, polite, and did a good job.

• The movers were late, one mover got here first and got right to work and worked very hard. The second mover arrived 20 minutes after the first mover and they both continued to load the uhaul. The only problem was their ability to listen to the customer. When they were asked to tie down they load they were not too receptive and at times got snippy. Overall they got the job done but the willingness to listen needs a lot of work.
