  • Moving Help is advertised as Powered by UH on their website. But when things go wrong; UH will tell you they have nothing to do with it; that even though you ordered these services from UH's website they will not help you and they will be completely indignant about it. The UBox delivery was a day late while the contact constantly made excuses, the UBox wasn't ready, they sent it to the wrong store, the delivery address was wrong, etc. My 70 yo husband was waiting at the house for 24 hours without going out for food for fear of missing them. The house was in escrow, so devoid of furniture or anything else. The pickup was a full day plus a few hours late. We will endeavor to tell everyone we know what horrible experience we had with UH and MovingHelp, in the hope that no one we know will ever have to go through what we did. And on this page, to add insult to injury; they are asking for a tip.
