Where did I start? Communication was not there until last minute. Then when they called me to ask me if they can come a little late and I told him I need you here by nine. Do you want to serve or not? He kept saying I’ve been doing this for 10 years, but barely put anything in my truck. I had to come all the way back to get the rest of my stuff by myself never again I use them to help me move.

Customer instructed crew to only take bigger items when asked if they wanted smaller items they refuse also customer was perfectly fine with the time being pushed back as I have text messages showing time was pushed back due to my worker being in hospital & company is not informed
