The crew showed up a bit late, and we were not able to load everything in the time we had reserved. I felt as though the movers could have had a bit more pep. They would carry some boxes down and then we wouldn't see them for 5-10 minutes. This was my first time using movers so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, the crew we hired from a different company to unload at our destination got it done in half the time, despite not needing dollys and going upstairs, and were very friendly and helpful, which made the mornings services from Boom seem a bit lacking.
