    Grade A Moving

    The movers broke a treadmill by severing the wires upon moving it. I contacted the owner Hugo to report and sent him a photo as I was very upset about this. He pushed it off on U-Haul stating since I was referred by them they had to answer. I went to U-Haul and they were nice and professional in explaining the moving company and Hugo were the responsible parties providing me with contact information and direction to pursue a claim to include writing this review. It’s just a shame that I am now jumping through all kinds of hoops and having to take time out of my work day to get a response from Hugo and his company. It is quite disturbing. I wouldn’t hire them for anything
