Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Requested 3 helpers for 2 hrs. However, 2 helpers only showed up, and I asked them to stay for 3 hrs. One of the helpers was clearly under the influence of weed. During the move, I was so scared of my furniture getting damaged that I ended up helping the helpers. I was so disappointed with the service I received. I don't recommend them at all.I could not ask for a worse experience.
The Samys team was great to work with. They're very hard working and very much want their customers to be satisfied. They stayed in regular contact regarding scheduling and once work started, they worked diligently and carefully, paying attention to protect furniture during handling. I would definitely use them again.
