We work hard to protect your precious goods but if you would like furniture wrapped, please provide pads and plastic and we will gladly wrap items before packing into truck. We look forward to your business. 2nd floor+ with no elevator requires 3rd man and additional fees

Showed up over an hour late stinking like booze. Said it would be no problem to get all of our stuff in the 26 ft truck (plenty of room!). Tim had a meltdown and asked me 2 hours into loading what was most important to get on the truck because not everything will fit. Proceeded to be very hostile, mentioned all of his 5 star reviews, complained about all of my plants. I said he sounded pretty angry and he admitted he was very frustrated. I facilitated the rest of the loading and everything made it on to the truck. Tim was very different during unloading (yes, ma’am, no ma’am, I’m sorry ma’am.) He apologized several times. Only reason I’m giving as many stars is his buddy John was awesome.

Thank you for your review! We arrived at 10 15 well between our 10-11 window, I do not drink booze so it is not possible that I smelled like booze(could've been your nose from all the gas you spilled in the U-Haul), U-Haul does not permit, gasoline, propane or a nursery full of plants in their trucks. And yes everything did end up fitting at the expense of a few pots and desk that you destroyed by sliding plants on them. Most of my customers take pride in their furniture and would never allow for a bunch of half dead plants loaded on their furniture. Again my reviews speak for themselves. These guys did a great job for me. My furniture pieces were awkward and heavy but they took the upmost care! I'd highly recommend them!
