Movers came one hour early and tried to argue that was the agreed upon time. They managed to get the move done, but we effectively paid for that extra hour of labor.

Sandra's job was confirmed when she placed the order. Called the customer and texted the customer the evening prior to confirm the 9am start time (no answer call back). Called the customer the morning of job (no answer). Had to contact the local Uhaul to get in touch with the customer. We waited 45 minutes at the customer's location before her truck arrived. Yes, the customer was billed from the original start time of 9am.
