• Only in business for 4 months and believes he knows everything. Gave them 7 blankets they only used 5. One blanket should have been used on my brand new dresser, which is now damaged. I am a seasoned mover. I know how belonging should be packed. I have had no issues with many other movers. The off load movers noticed no blanket over the dresser and pointed out the tremendous damage. They have over 20 years experience. I politely communicated with The Labor Brothers. Instead of apologizing and offering to work something out the guy did the blame game. I am appalled they take ZERO RESPONSIBILITY for their poor packing. I cannot recommend them due to this. Movers should no better and when a mistake is made they should admit it and offer a solution. That is not the case with The Labor Brothers. I’m disappointed that movinghelp.com would have them on their site. Never a good thing to promote unprofessionalism. Now I’m the one stuck paying for their incompetence. Total disappointment.

  Once again I am sorry you had a damage on your dresser. Me and my partner followed your every direction you told us. We had 3 blankets covering 1 TV and 2 mirrors plus we even put a blanket on the floor for your bed and other furniture around it.You sent a picture of your damaged dresser 10 days after moving from Lansing Michigan to TX. that could have came from the other movers plus you sent the picture inside your house not on the truck so we wouldn't know if it was from us or your other movers. yes I have been in business for 4 months and no I don't know everything I was just telling you what could have happened because of no straps and extra space in your u-hual. 4 months or 22 years everyone makes mistakes!

• Great communication and great service!!! They were quilt with our move out and flexible when we had to change up the packing plan a few times. Definitely work with them if you’re looking for a reliable team.

• The Labor Brothers were extremely communicative and flexible since my moving schedule didn't go and planned, and I am grateful for that! However, I was not too happy towards the end of the moving service as it began to rain and some of my stuff was left outside while they were packing it in the truck. This resulted in some of my boxes, tissue paper, and bookshelf being soaking wet. After the rain ended, I had to go in the truck and mop up the floor to avoid further water damage, which added unnecessary stress to my long distance move preparation. I appreciated their swiftness but care to people's property is also appreciated. I thought to myself if they stopped for 30 minutes or so until the rain ended, the wet boxes could've been prevented while still being done in the two-hour window that I booked them for.
