This company never called to confirm the service, I had to call to ensure they would be there the night before the move. The movers showed up over two hours late. During the move they broke a book shelf beyond any kind of repair. I had hired two movers but a third showed up to help, assuming it was the boss as he asked me if the movers had broken the shelf, I told him that they did and he asked me to let him know if I wasn’t able to fix it. I have emailed him twice looking for information on a claim or something I can file for the damages with no responses. I would not recommend this company for your move.
