You get what you pay for. They could hardly speak English. We had to tell them over and over what to pack and they had no idea how to load a truck. All they did was watch the clock and just to give them the account payout number. I had to book an additional hour and still they left us at the storage unit with half the truck still needing to unpack which we did ourselves and we were exhausted. Don’t use them I wish I could get my money back worst move of my life.
