  MOVE AND GROOVE

  They did not speak English & it was very hard to communicate. They worked very hard the first 3 hours. Then slacked off & disappeared a lot during the 4th hour. We kept asking each other where they were. We observed them on their phones A LOT! Laughing & having conversations & watching videos. Then they went over by an hour, which we were charged for! The office manager called & said they were going on 2 hours & she was going to have to charge us; I looked up the contract & our Ring camera, which showed arrival time & I told her they were only 45 minutes over. She also wanted to charge us for blankets and straps, which we provided ourselves. We ended up only paying for 1 hr extra, but we should not have had to if they were actually working & doing their job diligently instead of messing around on their phones & receiving phone calls. Also, they LEFT THEIR TRASH ALL OVER OUR HOUSE!!! Every room had a trash can, yet we found food & bvrg trash all over the place. Even outside!

  I wrote a incredibly positive and detailed review but the Uhaul system keeps saying I have an error. Long story short - HIRE THESE GUYS. I have moved 4 times in 6 years, always hire movers through Uhaul - these guys are the best hands down. Fast, efficient, show up on time, make the absolute most of every minute they are on the clock. I am a single mom with zero help and they took care of EVERYTHING, perfectly.
