• I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this moving company. From the beginning, he was rude and unprofessional while packing my items. His condescending tone was completely uncalled for, and despite claiming to have years of experience in the moving industry, his work reflected the opposite. What should have been a simple 2–3 hour move turned into an all-day nightmare. To make matters worse, he lost the lock that was securing my belongings. He became verbally aggressive while demanding the payment code. The code is only to be given once the service is fully completed, but he insisted on getting it prematurely. I recently received the boxes that were packed and unfortunately, many of my belongings arrived damaged. Items were not packed securely, and I have photos showing the extent of the damage unfortunately I cannot show them. Very disappointed with the lack of care in handling my things. Would not recommend based on this experience.
