  • On 03-17-25, at 830PM, I placed my labor order for two workers from 9-11am to unload my rented U-Haul truck on 03-29-25 in Henderson County. Within minutes of making the booking, Tyler Falco, the owner of Falco Moving, called to confirm my order. I was impressed to know he is very interactive with his business, regardless of the hour or size of the job. Unfortunately, on the moving date only one worker, David, showed up. However, David was in immediate contact with Mr. Falco and did not delay in starting to unload my truck. My greatest concern was the heavy furniture, as I would not be able to assist. Before 10am Mr. Falco texted to apologize and relay a replacement would arrive, but not until 11am. Thankfully, a friend arrived to help David with moving the heavy furniture. Before 11am it was apparent a second worker was no longer needed. David was amazing throughout the process; great positive attitude, professional, polite, and hard working. He worked for 4 hours.
