The owner, Melvin, was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job moving equipment. However, his helper (who apparently was a contract worker) was disastrous. I could forgive his unfriendly and unprofessional (wearing earphones the whole time, acting annoyed every time I asked a question, throwing a couch pillow behind him that hit me in the legs) demeanor, but what upset me was that multiple of my items were damaged in the move, including broken clothes hangers, broken cubby handles, damaged Pokemon cards, and (most significantly) a damaged dining table which I had specifically instructed them to pick up by the legs (he carried it by the table top, which was damaged from a previous move). This guy put barely any cars at all into how he treated my items, even after I asked him on three separate occasions to be careful. Overall just a highly disappointing move and not the level of service or professionalism worth what we paid.

we spoke candidly and we apologized to you for your perceptions. i explained to you that we have over 25 years combined experience. you attempted to micro-manage my assistant. you must allow the professionals that you hire to do their jobs. you put your items at risk by not using boxes or containers. nothing was wrapped. in order to minimize any risks to your items you must wrap them and remove items from the drawers especially items made from cheap pressed wood. we did not damage your items, some of your contents are in disarray because none of the items we packed. thank you for your business
