  • The reason for the low reviews was that both crew members were late and I had to reach out for an eta. Jeff was great. He jumped right in and was the type of person you would want working your job. Jay on the other hand was late and preoccupied with being right, dealing with his car, or making comments about how I look. Don't get me wrong he did work but I was frustrated when I got in the truck and realized how poorly it was packed. There was breakable items that we identified that we found under multiple boxes. I would consider using this company again but I would ask for Jeff and not for Jay.
