  • First of all they were 45 minutes late. They moved so slow and unorganized, it took them an hour and a half to load 9 pieces of furniture and about 2 dozen boxes and totes, and the when got to the unload destination they only unloaded 5 pieces of furniture and then left cause their 3 hours were up after I talked to their boss and he told me he was going to tell them to finish the job and 5 minutes later they left without saying a word to me and I had to call their boss back and said they had another job to do and he really didn't care that that is how they left me. So I had to find someone to help me unload the rest of my stuff which was about 85 percent of what they loaded. If I could rate them a zero I would have, they were absolutely terrible and slow as well as they damaged some of my furniture.
