  Jassen and team were the best you could ask for. They had to push out arrival time a little bit, but communicated well to keep us posted on the changes. They were wonderful with our stuff - even helping repair a precious item that had been damaged in the haul from Georgia to Minnesota. They impressed us even more by getting a large gaming table into a basement through a tight turn - they literally took the table down into it's parts (there were a LOT - an inset table with drawers and more) to make it happen, then rebuilt it. Even though they STILL weren't sure it would fit, they did all that work anyway just to give it the best possible shot. And happily it worked! I seriously couldn't be more impressed. They also did wonderful working around my curious kiddos who were always popping in to check on progress or claim a box. I would recommend this team to literally everyone and am so grateful to them.

  My experience was terrible. I have scratches and holes in my wall from them trying to bring stuff upstairs. They were so careless with everything. They broke a cabinet and left my sofa in the garage. They disassembled the bed but then refused to put it back together because they said they had to go to another job. I now have to pay someone else to get the sofa up the stairs and put the bed together. They were also swearing using the f word. I would NEVER recommend these people for a move.

  Mixed Experience! We hired this team to help us load our U-Haul for a long-distance move. Leading up to the day, they were very communicative and professional, which we appreciated. They stayed in touch, confirmed timing, and were pleasant to work with throughout. On moving day, one mover arrived on time and got started quickly. The second showed up later, but once both were there, they worked fast and kept things moving. That said, we ran into some issues with how things were packed. Our small TV was laid flat in the truck with other items placed directly on top of it, which isn't safe for transport. Worse, our large TV ended up getting crushed, and our dresser was scratched and gouged significantly. While the crew was friendly and efficient, the lack of proper packing caused some costly damage. If you’re considering hiring them, I’d recommend being very clear about how fragile items need to be handled and keeping a close eye during the loading process.
