• These gentlemen were great, I staged the living room for them and they knocked out moving everything without a single hiccup. They also laid down the moving blankets on all the furniture as needed. Additionally I had a could of items that were particularly heavy and they were perfectly equipped with moving straps to handle them. 10 out of 10 would recommend based on communication, effectiveness, and professional attitude.

• I hired this company to load my U-Box containers, and it was a terrible, stressful experience. My containers are in transit, and because of how poorly they were packed, I am deeply concerned that my belongings will arrive broken—even though I packed all boxes and bins safely myself. I had to stop the movers multiple times because they tried to move furniture without wrapping it in blankets. They ignored clear instructions for glass, mirrors, and fragile items, and stacked upright boxes and bins on their sides. They also littered, leaving empty bottles on the ground. Since the job was priced per container and we only needed 4 of 5, the mover spent 30 minutes arguing with me and a U-Haul rep to get paid for work not done. He claimed he could have loaded them halfway to use all 5 and said I was already saving money anyway. He offered no apology and walked off. Extremely unprofessional and careless.
