    Cross movers and relocation

    Owners wife came across short & spoke to me like I was stupid. Follow up call, had to tell her everything again like she hadn’t written any of it down. The 2 movers showed up on time, worked but I had few things broken during move, they didn’t tie down last bit at end of truck, my son &! I did before driving. I had boxes marked clearly & I told them specifically DO NOT stack any boxes on top. These boxes had heavy boxes on top of them causing items to be smashed & broken inside. My jewelry armoire which was wrapped and marked fragile was fully broken and not fixable. The biggest issue was the owner who got into it with maintenance guy, he was yelling, cursing, rude. He was a complete arrogant ASS.
