    Outside the Box Moving LLC

    The movers did not use the blankets to cover our glassware and furniture. They stacked everything without much care. We had damaged furniture, a damaged TV, and broken keepsakes. One of the movers used our restroom and did not clean up after himself. The same young man asked for a Dr. Pepper to which my wife was happy to provide. When she gave him one he asked for another 'for the road.' My wife, feeling a bit uncomfortable due to the request, did not want to be even more uncomfortable, obliged. I just do not think it is very professional for an employee to be asking for anything from the clients. If it is offered, that is all fine and good.

    Quality is Key Movers

    The helpers were really nice and great. However, the manager was yelling at me when he asked me to extend the hour, which was very unpleasant. How can I know I have to provide the payment number when I use the service first time? Except for the manager who called me, it was overally great.
