• Through its affiliate Moving Help UHaul allows unlicensed unregistered and unvetted individuals some with criminal histories or no legal work authorization to show up at customer homes under the false impression they are professional movers Many are pulled from Craigslist just hours before the job with no training oversight or background checks These individuals are listed as moving companies on the UHaul site giving customers a false sense of security In reality UHaul takes no responsibility The fine print in their fifteen thousand word agreement says they do no vetting and disclaim all liability Yet they profit from referral fees and misleading marketing In my case I found no record of a business license for the company I was matched with The fake owner took no responsibility

  Customer is not telling the truth we done everything she asked her husband crashed the uhaul into her truck and she blaming me and my workers about there personal problems you can check our reviews about our business we do great business I apologize this happened but I have proof of everything.
