  • The two guys that showed were very courteous and handled everything really well. HOWEVER - neither spoke English. Several times we had to use the translator app on the phone to communicate. Not really a big deal since we didn't have a ton of stuff to move. HOWEVER - the biggest issue I had - and not just with this company - is the lack of preparedness. No dolly, no lifting straps etc. They ended up using the dolly I rented, and the listing straps I bought for myself. I didn't mind letting them use the equipment, it's just the principle of it. Why are they not supplied with basic equipment? The moving straps made a HUGE difference, and they were grateful to use them. All in all, they did a great job and packed the truck well.
