• I used this company before & had a great experience. That wasn't the case this time. My movers were painfully slow (hungover or sick) to the point that I started moving my own stuff down the three flights of stairs. At least six helpers rotated in and out during the day to help them, & none of them carried more than two-three loads down (except the original who were awful). These guys took a break after each load downstairs. I would come down with a load only to find them sitting on the curb scrolling their phones (or worse yet, lying on my furniture). I called the owner at least five times during the day & he was ultra responsive but it didn't improve the overall experience. I've moved a lot over the years, & this was the worst exp I've had with movers. I hope it was a one-off for the company as they have lots of pos. reviews. What should have taken two hours took five. Someone was finally sent to save the day and did more in one hour than all six of the other movers.
