Another shady moving pardon / company. Screwed over on my un-load. Only sent one person over instead of two. Almost an hour later Gave me the run around on the second person showing up. I paid the person that showed up personally in cash This is how he wants to treat customers. So be it. I refused to deal with him. He was quick and on-point to harass me for payment though. I just ignored. I paid Karib directly. They can sort it out I will never do business with U-Haul the amount of headaches. Stress and pain. All said and done would have cost the same if not more ( had they shown up) Then hiring a reputable professional company . And U-haul your customer service sucks ass too. Did 5 callback attempts and you guys can’t even get that right
