Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong in terms of accessing my storage unit for this move. What should have been a 15 foot haul from door to door turned into an almost 100 yard trek due to the storage building door system being broken and offline. But Tyrone and his team kept a positive attitude. Then when there were questions about whether my couch would fit - they unloaded the whole first truck and repacked it with the couch first to make sure all of my important things could fit. Move ended up taking double the time it should have - but they still got it done and were professional and thorough.
