  • Absolute nightmare experience with this company, and I strongly advise looking elsewhere. From start to finish, their customer service was completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and utterly dismissive of my concerns. To make matters worse, they completely botched the job on-site. Despite booking and paying for a two-person crew as required for the heavy items, they only sent one lone worker. Naturally, this poor individual was completely overwhelmed, left struggling alone, and the job took twice as long as promised. When I called customer support to ask where the second person was, I was met with rude excuses, zero accountability, and a refusal to adjust the bill for the missing labor. Paying top dollar for a promised crew only to be short-handed and treated with total disrespect is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache, stress, and wasted money—avoid this company at all costs!
