  We were hired to unload your UHaul which we did promptly and professionally. Before starting I documented and shared time stamped photos showing several items already broken inside the truck. This confirmed the damage occurred before unloading either during loading or transit. While working we noticed more broken items and you were away from the home for several hours. Even so I kept communication open by calling and FaceTiming whenever an issue arose. My business is built on honesty professionalism and integrity and I remain committed to protecting every customers belongings and earning trust through respectful reliable service.
