• From the start, I thought this was going to be a good transaction. They were very communicative on the front end and upon arrival. They stated that they had tons of experience moving when unfortunately their quality of work did not. We had just over 1100 sqft of a two bedroom apartment and they could not fit that in a 20 foot truck. I’ve moved on my own five times over the last 10 years and never had any issues. With their improper loading, they scratched several of our items and had some punctures in our mattress. This wasn’t even during the relocation but just traveling five minutes to our storage unit to gather any remaining items. My wife and I ended up completely redoing the truck ourselves and we were able to get 90 percent of our stuff in the truck versus 70 percent of what they have done. I would not recommend this company going forward until they fully onboard and validate that their staff knows how to properly load a truck. I do expect reimbursement from this.

  Your review is like swiss cheese...full of holes in the truth. You were very complimentary of the load and tipped your helpers $60 each. Furthermore, you gave the payment code solidifying a job well done as we have done over 9300 times before. You also received an extra hour of service for free just to help you out. There will be no refund. Your review is not accurate
