Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Great guys worked hard and got the job done quickly. Be careful how many hours you pay for because you don’t get any of that back. Definitely need to supervise throughout the process because several of my items were damaged due to the way they stacked them. Brand new furniture just bought in September now looks old and beat up. Not happy!!!
Extremely disappointed. I hired 2 movers for 3 hours to unload 2 Uhauls. Only one mover showed up and the other mover (Keiphan - business owner) claimed his child was sick and couldn’t make it. The mover, David claimed that Keiphan lied about his daughter being sick and he didn’t have a ride to provide the service. I expressed my concern to Keiphan with only one mover because I needed to return the Uhauls by a specific time, but Keiphan reassured me that David could handle the job by himself and Uhauls would be returned on time. David turned out to be dishonest and unprofessional. He told me that the job was complete and when I checked the Uhauls, they weren’t fully unloaded and he damaged several of my items (valuable items) and David did not report any damage to me. I’m so disgusted with this service and feel scammed. I had to unload the remaining items myself and I was 2 hours late returning the trucks. I will never use Get it done moving again. Bunch of liars and scammers.
The movers were great but I scheduled and paid for a morning move but did not get started til 1pm this made me late for my appointment to return the U-Haul I’m very upset that the movers got here in the afternoon when I scheduled the movers to be here in the morning. Not the movers fault but the company is at fault in my eyes and I expect some type of reimbursement or compensation.
