  I booked two movers from Thompson Relocations through the U Haul Moving Help app for Friday between 130 and 2 PM, paying for two hours of service. My building’s elevator was reserved from 1 and 5PM. At 2PM the dispatcher told me the movers were running late but could not provide an updated ETA. I received no update until 420 PM, when I was told they were on the way. The next message came at 6 PM from the driver saying he was 10 minutes away. The movers did not arrive until 640 PM, nearly five hours late. Because of this, I had already moved most of my belongings myself and the movers only handled a few items, finishing in about 30 minutes despite my paying for two hours. This experience was very frustrating and not what I expected from a service booked through U Haul Moving Help.

  Fast Movers

  These gentlemen arrived and treated me like a queen. They are respectful, took a few minutes before starting asking what are my expectations with getting the items inside. Asked how the layout was, they looked, planned, prepared and safety got everything upstairs. They showed up presentable, and had everyone on my new street memorized with the quality of service received.. Reasonable pricing, ability to adapt with environmental structures that may have smaller doorways, etc without causing barriers to getting your items back home.
