  David and his brother were EXCELLENT in every way. They were resposible with the agreed-upon time and even offered to arrive earlier. As a single mother with a baby, it was very difficult for me to finish packing and be able to support them, but they were the ones who supported me. They took care of everything, finished packing my remaining things, and wrapped up all my furniture. They were very careful and incredibly organized. Everything was well arranged and arrived intact. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

  They are extremely professional, courteous, polite and efficient. The team clearly communicated the process in a timely manner. They were able to come at the time I requested. They arrived early and ready to begin at the exact time of the scheduled appointment. Not only that but Jeff, Jay and the other helper (so sorry I forgot his name) unloaded my moving truck in an efficient and quick pace without sacrificing quality of work or breaking any of my very fragile belongings (which is always a concern during the moving process). The three man team was also very open to my requests of where and how my belongings were placed into the storage unit. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They were able to empty my heavily packed truck in 31 minutes! WOW! I cannot recommend this company and team highly enough! Do not hesitate to book them- you will feel less stressed with your move & beyond happy with their efforts and quality of services provided! Smooth Moves is very perfect name.
