  • Concerns about movers being unlicensed, property damage, and failure to reassemble furniture despite promising to do so before disassembling. They arrived late despite the scheduled moving time of 12 pm. They came after 1 pm. They didn’t have proper tools to handle the move just a couple of regular dollies and a furniture dolly. They kept asking us for tools throughout the move to help us load our things onto the truck. They damaged our deep freezer, and now it wobbles and isn't stable, even though it wasn't before the move. The heavily damaged our dining table and didn’t say anything. They initially refused to share their business name and lied about the company's name. We believe they were working as movers illegally, as the business name was not the vehicle they were riding in, and someone else, a third person, was driving them around. We never spoke with this person, but they went all the way to our home. It was a very unusual encounter.

    Customer was notified they provide all supplies based on uhaul moving help policy, we still took the initiative to bring dollies onsite, this is isnor only service and we don't need to be licensed to provide Labor only. Customer was notified we are not to disassemble but load and unload only but they insisted we disassemble the table to fit through the door and provided tools for the process, they said they have a picture reference to put the table back together but they couldn't provide a clear enough picture. The table was put back together except for the design part which is like a puzzle and needs a clear picture reference or manual which they couldn't provide. The fridge was carried as is and not wrapped before we showed up. Packing wrapping is an entirely different service which we different service which we did altogether in the move. The fridge was already unstable and we had no idea why that is. Wobbling is not damage. All false claims here, person requested presence outside
