• They requested me to adjust my plans to meet 2h earlier but then showed up 1h40min late. By the time they arrived I had already moved most of the stuff out of the truck. Then despite having ample time to complete a small job they rushed and I did not feel they prioritized the safe handling of our furniture. I let them go after 1h since was no more work left - ideally there would be a mechanism with Movinghelp to only pay for the time they were working

  You were scheduled for 11 to 12 arrival we explain the hour window just in case an emergency and we kept you updated on time. You order was a hour drive away and we was 30 mins late due to 1 hour window and the previous move before you as we told you. We finished the job moving all the heavy items with out breaking or damaging any items our teams move fast and efficient. It is a 2 hour min per job so even if it is a 45 min job it is still 2 hours min to come out. So I was not obligated to clean your garage or break down boxes, and even assist as a uber driver taking you to drop off your truck that are all different services.
