• I am giving a 3 star review for a mix of reasons. The two movers that showed up were wonderful to work with and they worked very efficiently and got everything done within the timeframe. For just the movers, I would absolutely provide a 5 star review. What makes this a 3 star review is Tim the manager or owner. Initially he was easy to work with in getting this booked. He texted the night before confirming the address and let me know that he would reach out to me the morning of the move to let me know when his guys were on their way and what their ETA was. He never reached out the morning of and despite several calls and texts I sent, he never texted me back. The only texts I received were 45 minutes after the movers arrived asking if they showed up and to text him the payment code and to book extra time when the time wasn’t even up yet. Overall I loved the movers that were sent but wouldn’t recommend this company because of Tim’s lack of professionalism.

• They guys arrived early and communicated well when checking in on the reservation. They were fast and efficient even in the 90 degree heat! Would hire again

• Cedric and Patience were very professional and I appreciate how helpful they were. They communicated with me throughout the process before and during. They were so pleasant and I’m glad I got to work with them. Thanks guys for everything.
