The communication was good when it happened. It unfortunately was not the best. We also hired them for 3 hours and they only worked for 2 of it. They did a good job loading overall though. They help was appreciated and good just disappointed by the loss of time we were counting on.

Customer paid for three hours and the job was completed in 2 and a half hours. She requested a refund of an hour of time and was declined. Gets on here to write a negative review. Instead of appreciating the fact that our workers are fast and efficient at their job, this person complains. No items were damaged and job was finished in a professional and efficient manner.
