If I could give -1 stars, I would. This is absolutely the worst moving experience I have ever had. I hired these clowns to unload 3 u-boxes. For whatever reason, they decided to first pull everything out of the u-boxes and scatter it around the parking lot. This increased their workload, left my stuff on the street, and blocked other people from using the parking lot. Then they tried charging me for extra time. But the quote clearly said it's $350 for 3 u-boxes, no per-hour charges. And even that is a ripoff for about 2.5 hours of work. They banged up and scratched absolutely everything. They put one cabinet upside down onto the pavement! They didn't even bring their own dolly. Fortunately, I had 2 dollies that they ended up using. Worst of all, they negligently scratched my neighbor's car and refused to compensate her. Now I have to pay for their negligence. To add insult to injury, this absolute clown show calls itself 'Expert Moving Professionals'... lololololol.

Nice couple of guys, fun to work with. Got the job done fast! Only negative thing I can say is they didn't pay attention to holding the boxes upright, even when there were arrows on them.
