Neil’s team was amazing! I was moving out of a third-floor apartment with no elevator on an 28-degree day, and I was so incredibly impressed at how quickly and efficiently they were able to work despite it all. I hired 3 helpers and they were able to do the full move (load and unload) of a 2-bedroom apartment in about 4 hours. I would absolutely hire Neil’s crew again.
I had great service from Scott, Kyro, and Jonathan. They carried all the heavy items into the U-Haul and stacked them conveniently. They also helped me throw away unwanted large items like my dryer and bed frame. Great guys, highly recommend.
Appreciated how the gentlemen remained flexible for the specific hour to unload the truck. Communication was clear and they moved very quickly. I noticed there were a couple dinges on my furniture after moving everything up but no impermissible damages!!
