• they communicated with me prior to showing up - great. the two men seemed enthusiastic at first and one did an awesome job of packing part of our truck. when we asked them to carry the furniture down the stairs and start putting it in the truck they were not happy and we heard them swearing at carrying heavy items downstairs. they kept looking at their time and commented a few times on how much time was left. one of them said carrying that heavy furniture was worth a $100.00 tip. sorry, but we paid $500 for them to do just that. i don't think they were worth the $500 I paid and I did not tip them on top of the cost. i would have if they had been more professional and at the end of their 4 hours they just walked away from my home. we found lots of places where we could put additional items into the truck after they left. I appreciate them carrying the heavy items, but that is what I paid for.

• These guys were great! Had our truck unloaded in less than an hour - with everything in the right rooms. Maneuvered furniture into areas that were a little tight, but they made it work. I would recommend this company to people I know. Thank you!

• Did a resonable job. Constant yelling and swearing was atypical. We were afraid if our neighbours would complain. Left a lot of things outside that we had to load ourselves later.
