I paid $185 online and then someone reached out to confirm the booking and then later said it was a holiday and that they had a problem with scheduling and if I could do a different day. When I said I had the truck on the day and time I reserved for, they told me it would be safer to book with someone else. Very unprofessional and now I have to go through the hassle of getting refunded and finding another contractor when I’m moving in 5 days.
