They ended up bringing three people which did not cost extra, and did the unloading very quickly, even when I asked for things to be moved to different areas.

The crew asked to arrive an hour later that the reserved time, which was OK, but that delayed us for the planned activities for later that evening. We do however recommend this moving help provider as they moved several VERY heavy items and on top of that everything had to go into the basement which involved 19 stair steps down and 19 steps up for each trip and there was no complaints and a few very brief breaks. Nice work!! Thanks!!!
