  • I’ve moved 16 times, and this was hands down the move from hell. We hired them through U-Haul, and it was a total disaster from start to finish. The owner, Chris, was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional to both me and my spouse. The negligence was staggering; Zero Safety; They moved the truck with the doors wide open and people still inside. No Equipment; They didn’t use a single moving strap to secure our life's belongings.Massive Damage; They broke our TV, mirror, and ice cream maker. They gouged our kitchen table and headboard, and broke two dressers so badly we had to toss them.Total Mess; They let paint, lighter fluid, and kitchen oils spill all over our stuff.To top it off, the owner left the site with the truck keys, leaving his crew stranded and us with zero communication. When we pointed out the damage, they actually tried to claim it was already like that. I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated. Please do yourself a favor and hire someone else.
