  • There was an initial communication problem. Not sure it was me entering a wrong number or U-Haul changing my pick up location 35 miles away and me changing it back. The bottom line was that Resilient Moving Team picked up something that fell through the cracks and took care of me. Text messages were exchanged and they handled their business. They got 2 guys, Manuel and Albert, there in about an hour. Job was done in the 2 hour window which allowed me to get the U-Haul truck back to U-Haul that night. I was fully expecting to be disappointed because of the confusion when initially setting up the job. I just knew I was going to be told that no one could make it out on that short of notice. Resilient Moving Team proved me wrong and provided the type of service that is not seen anymore. They stepped up and got it done.
